Terms and Conditions

  1. 1 · Registration Confirmation: NP, PA, and MD registrations are charged and confirmed at the time of registration. RN registrations are reviewed by our team first — your card is held and only charged once your registration is approved; if it is denied, the hold will be released.
  2. 2 · Program Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel the training program due to unforeseen circumstances. If cancellation occurs, we will make every effort to offer you an alternative date for your training.
  3. 3 · Cancellations & Refunds:
    • Within 24 hours of booking: Full refund if you cancel or reschedule.
    • 24 hours–14 days before training: No refund, but you’ll receive credit toward a future session.
    • Within 14 days of training: No refund, no credit.
    • No-shows: Full forfeiture of registration fee.
  4. 4 · Late Arrivals: Trainings start on time to cover all safety and clinical content. Late arrivals may be excused at the training team’s discretion to protect patient safety and program integrity.
  5. 5 · Credits: Valid 12 months, no cash value. Timing is based on when we receive your written request.
