FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is a neuromodulator?
An injectable — Botox, Xeomin, Dysport, Jeuveau, or Daxxify — that relaxes the specific muscles that create expression lines, softening wrinkles you already have and slowing new ones.
Who performs my treatment?
A board-certified medical provider (NP, PA, or MD) injects you, with our expert training staff supervising and consulting on your plan.
Can I book if I've had tox recently?
Yes — we just ask. If you've had a neuromodulator treatment in the last 90 days, a provider reviews your booking before it's confirmed, and your card is held rather than charged until then.
What's the aftercare?
Stay upright for 4 hours, skip heavy exercise, alcohol, and saunas for 24 hours, and avoid rubbing the treated areas.
Who should not receive a neuromodulator?
It isn't suitable if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, have a relevant allergy, an active skin infection, or a neuromuscular condition.
